Here are some details of what's included in the program:
In Day 1, you'll learn why you could be feeling so exhausted and un motivated and why sometimes you can sleep 10 hours a night and still wake up drained and exhausted. You'll discover what you're body's energy system has to do with Depression and you're feelings of being tired, and "off," just not yourself. You'll find out how depression can be like having your batteries in backwards and how you can begin the process of turning the batteries around and feeling more energy and empowerment in your life.
In Day 2 you'll learn what your limiting beliefs are and why you need to care! In this program you'll discover how to identify these trouble making beliefs and release them once and for all. The more of these beliefs that you can let go of, the smoother your life will go. (It's a magical way to stop or at least notice how you've been putting the breaks on good things coming into your life!) You'll find that you're relationships start improving, you're job performance and finances can expand and grow, and even your health and how you feel about yourself can start to change for the better!
In Day 3 you'll find out that there is actually a power and a purpose to your negative emotions. Wouldn't it be nice to figure out how to understand these painful emotions so you can start using them to your advantage rather than fighting or stuffing them all the time? After you learn how to recognize your emotions and the guidance that they can offer, you'll be able to allow more support and good into your life. You'll be able to clearly see how to climb up and out of depression once and for all. You will no longer have to feel afraid of falling into that dark place, because you'll have the know how to get out! That is an empowering feeling!
Day 4: Is there a possibility that the pattern of Depression and other chronic problems run in your family lines? In Day 4 you'll discover how to clear and release the inherited energy patterns of Depression, even if it’s been in your family line for generations. When you clear all of this inherited heavy energy, you'll find that it's much easier to let go of your own stuff. When the family side of it is cleared, you won't find yourself facing the same old stuff over and over. It can be put to rest once and for all. Wouldn't it be nice to only have to deal with your own stuff and not a whole generation of pain?
Day 5: Are you allowed to feel happy, loved, and successful? Find out how you could be keeping yourself from feeling these wonderful emotions right now? In Day 5 you’ll learn a simple way to free up your mind and energy from the destructive rules that can keep you feeling drained and miserable all the time. Day 6: What if you could have more energy for today? Did you know that you’re body’s energy system is designed for present moment awareness? Day 7: Are you having trouble sleeping well and taking care of your body? Do you find that the moment your head hits the pillow, you're bombarded with spiraling negative thoughts that are filled with worry, guilt, anxiety, or maybe even all the ways that you're inadequate and a failure in life? Day 7 includes a powerful "sleep well" program to help you release these emotional patterns and destructive thoughts so you're able to feel calm, tranquil, and able to sleep more easily. Did you know that when you're able to fall asleep feeling good about yourself and your life, that is how you will wake up? Can you imagine waking up feeling happy and open to good things every morning rather than discouraged, drained and like climbing back under the covers?
