- Addition Information
- There are a series of developmental stages that we all go through in our childhoods. Children come into the world needing their parents to affirm and validate their worth. It can be very difficult as a parent when unexpected things happen in our lives and we’re not always able to meet our children’s emotional needs.
Have you been hit with a difficult situation like a divorce, an illness, a death, job loss, difficult move, etc. where maybe the circumstances you were in were so intense it took all of your energy just to survive and get through it, but now you’re looking back at your children and wondering if they’re okay, or feeling a deep sense of regret and worry because you didn’t help them through it like you feel you should have?
As parents, most of us are already extremely busy trying to meet our children's emotional needs, run a household, pay the bills, and get the kids to all the activites and places they need to go.
I designed this program for busy parents. In it you'll discover some simple ways to give yourself what you need and give your children the messages of validation that they need without taking a lot of extra time and energy. - Images (1)
