Children come into the world needing their parents to affirm and validate their worth.  It can be very difficult as a parent when unexpected things happen in our lives and we’re not always able to meet our children’s emotional needs.

I designed this program for busy parents. In it you'll discover some simple ways to give yourself what you need and give your children the messages of validation that they need without taking a lot of extra time and energy.
